  • In the event of an emergency during a telemedicine visit, you may be advised to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Duty to Warn & Mandatory Reporting
In compliance with Colorado law, confidentiality may be broken if:

  • There is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • Abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult is suspected.

  • A court orders the release of records.
