Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session rate. This policy helps us reserve dedicated time for every patient.
Refund Policy
Payments are due at the time of service. Because our time is reserved specifically for you, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Documentation Requests
Completion of forms and letters is billed separately, based on the time required. Some forms may require an additional evaluation before completion. Patients will be notified in advance if an extra appointment is necessary.
No Emergency Services
Transcend Functional Psychiatry does not provide crisis or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Scope of Care
Our services are provided via telemedicine to patients located in Colorado. Care is focused on integrative and functional psychiatry, and may include lab testing, lifestyle medicine, and medication management when clinically appropriate.
Right to Decline Services
We reserve the right to decline requests for documentation, prescriptions, or treatments that are not clinically appropriate or outside the scope of care.
